AIRA respects your right to control your personal information. Under applicable data privacy laws, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data and account records from our systems.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently remove:

- Personal Profile Data: Full name, registered email address, and phone number.

- Viewing History: Watch history, custom watchlists, movie ratings, and recommendation preferences.

- Device Logs: Active sessions, remembered devices, and IP logs.

Note: Transaction and invoice records may be retained as required by financial and tax regulations.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data:

1. Send an email from your registered AIRA account email to [email protected].

2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

3. Include your registered mobile number and reason for deletion (optional).

3. Processing Timeline

Our security team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once your account and data are permanently erased.
